Vuko is CEO and founder of Cromont.
With over 17 years’ experience working in real estate and banking industry, Vuko knows how to support you to get the property you want. He is an award-winning mortgage and lending specialist and has supported thousands of customers in a career that has spanned in real estate, banking and mortgage broking.
This broad range of experience and Vuko’s passion for his clients has cemented his reputation across the sector as honest, professional, friendly, creative and extremely knowledgeable. In short, Vuko is your go-to guy for good, solid advice wherever you are in the property purchasing process.
After 13 years, Vuko recently left ANZ Bank when he and Charles saw an opportunity in the market to start Cromont. For him, it’s personal - being a mortgage broker presents an opportunity to support everyday people to achieve exceptional dreams.

Charles Deane
Charles is an accountant, entrepreneur and co-Founder of Cromont.
Charles has several years experience working in business both as an accountant and as a General Manager of a wholesale business, giving him practical experience in managing both business operations and financials. He understands the necessary processes and rigor required to get the best outcomes for his clients and will roll up his sleeves and work hard to achieve them.
Charles started Cromont with a very clear commitment to build a dependable and reliable mortgage broking service that people keep coming back to.
